All the methods that we use are backed by hard scientific data. We use formulas, not broscience, to calculate your optimal training frequency, intensity and volume for each body part. These parameters are adjusted for each training session using evidence-based rules. Based on your biomechanics and current fitness level we select the best exercises to properly stimulate your muscles.

Diet

We take your circadian rhythm, daily schedule, stress level, food preferences and anabolic window into account to determine the best meal schedule for you with the exact number of calories and macronutrients using various methods to track your intake and monitor your progress.

Supplements

Purchasing supplements isn’t necessary for great progress. Instead of wasting your hard-earned money on useless supplements,  we only recommend the best optional supplements that have been scientifically proven to be effective. We can provide a cost-benefit analysis and tell you the ideal quantity that you have to take.

Lifestyle

We firmly believe that an optimal training program is one that should enhance your life, not detract from it. We take all lifestyle factors into account before creating your optimal program. Stress negatively impacts your recovery. Your job and daily activity impact how much you should eat and even when you should train. If you travel a lot we have many techniques to save time and exercises to do without a gym.

Coaching

You can send us an e-mail any time and we will reply within 24 hours. Any question that you have we will answer with scientific support. Send us your training videos and we will give you tips how to improve your technique. No need to hire an expensive trainer at the gym.

Online Tracking

All you progress will be tracked online where we can access your data to adjust your diet and training. You can input your body measurements, diet and training progress in the online document that we have prepared for you.

Diet + Training Programs

After we have received your intake form we calculate the optimal diet and training program. These programs are completely personalized for you. The diet program includes the exact specification of the calories and macros per meal and the eating schedule. The training program includes the exact weight and frequency for each exercise.

Progression

We adjust your diet every week. Based on our formulas we can tell you exactly how much weight you can lose and how much muscle you can build. We teach you how you should progress in the gym. How to adjust the weights, sets and exercises for each session. We optimize your workouts per session.
